John Dunning

Director and Owner

As the company director and owner of QC Cleaning since 2006, John is responsible for the successful operation of the business. He has an accounting background and has been in business for most of his life. If you require advice or a quote, he will come to you and provide the advice and the quote. When you phone the office, John is the one who will most likely answer and take care of your enquiry. If he is not in the office, the phone will divert to his mobile – that’s the type of personal service you can always expect at QC Cleaning.

 

 John was born in the Illawarra and has worked and lived here all his life. He attended local primary and high schools and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Wollongong. For more than 30 years, John has been involved in various business activities and believes that customer service is one of the highest priorities when running a successful business.

Michael Hollifield

Operation Manager - Cleaners

Michael has been with QC Cleaning since April 2020; and has over 25 years of experience as an operations Manager in the cleaning industry. His employment at QC Cleaning became necessary due to the expansion of QC Cleaning as a business in the Illawarra and the additional requirements and responsibilities placed on cleaning organisations by COVID. His previous role involved many years of managing cleaning at BHP for two different large multinational organisations. Before that, he was responsible for the day-to-day cleaning operations in Shopping Centres, office buildings, and other businesses throughout NSW.



Michael is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business. He is the link between the staff and your business and is responsible for ensuring that all services being provided are carried out promptly and professionally. 

Shaun Van Leeuwen

Operation Manager - Clients

Shaun has been with QC Cleaning since 2008 in many roles. Since the employment of Michael, Shaun’s role has become the link between Michael and the customer. Prior to Michael’s employment with QC Cleaning, Shaun undertook both roles, a position that eventually required being split into the current situation.



Shaun is responsible to the client for the service they receive. He communicates daily with Michael to ensure that every customer gets the service they expect every day.
